EXHIBHITION ACTIVITIES
1. THIAGARAJAR POLYTECHNIC Salem, ISTE
Students Chapter has conducted THIAGFEST 2020 Competition on 7th February
2020. 3 students from civil department, 4 students from Electrical and
Electronics department and 2 students from Electronics and Communication
department participated in the event.
(a) Dayana.K
and Umm-Ea-Asfia of 6th sem
Electronics and communication has won overall First Place and Cash Prize of Rs
5,000 for the entire THIAGFEST 2020 competition for their Seminar presentation
on NANO ROBOTICS THE EMERGING
TECHNOLOGY.
(b) Sangamesh.M.Shettar and Dhanush.K of 6th sem Civil
Engineering has won first place and cash prize of Rs 2,500 for their
presentation on APPLICATIONS OF ARTIFICIAL
INTELLIGENCE IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
(c) Prajwal.S.Shingadi and Gopala Krishna Biradar K of 6th sem Electrical and Electronics Department has won first place and cash prize of Rs 2,500 for their presentation on LI-FI and WI-FI CHARGE
(a) Vaishnavi R.Vedavyas, Prateek.M.D and
4 others of the team of 6th Sem Electronics and communication won 3rd
prize and cash prize of Rs 5,000/-for
their project on Underwater Communication using LIFI Technology.
3. RAMAIAH POLYTECHNIC conducted TECHNOFEST 2020 Project Exhibition
competition from 27-02-2020 to
29-02-2020.2 projects from civil, 3 projects from mechanical, 3 projects from
electrical, 3 projects from Electronics and communication and 2 projects from
computer science were demonstrated in the competition.
(a) Siddesh.G, Syed Jaffer and 6 others of the team of 6th sem Electrical and Electronics won first prize and cash prize of 20,000 rupees for their project entitled Pedal powered power for parks (Demonstration of Human Horse power),
(b) Arkanulla Khan , Hariharan. Kand 6 others of the team of 6th sem Electrical and Electronics won Second prize and cash prize of 15,000 rupees for their project entitled 3 Phase unbalanced Load Detection meter with tripping mechanism.
(c) Shivaraj Kumar, Tejas.B.Mand 4 members of
the team of Electronics and communication department won Second prize and cash
prize of 15,000 rupees for their project entitled Gesture Controlled Robot ARM
4. J.S.S.POLYTECHNIC
FOR WOMEN Mysore,
conducted 2nd Karnataka State
ISTE Annual Convention 2020 on 29-02-2020. 2 students from Civil and 2
students from electrical and 2 students from electronics and communication
department participated in Technical paper presentation and 4 students from
Electronics and communication department participated in IDEATHON Competition.
(a) Vaishnavi.R. Vedavyas and Rohith.S of 6th Sem Department of Electronics and communication won First Prize in the Ideathon Competition for their project entitled Idea on Under Water Communication Using Visible Light.
(b) Shivakumar.R and Kavya.M of 6th Sem Department of Electronics and communication won Consulation prize in the Ideathon Competition for their project entitled RIFD Based Vehicle Monitoring and Pollution Control System
(a) Umm-Ea-Asfia of 6thSem Electronics and Communication won 2nd prize in seminar competition for her presentation on Nano Robotics-The emerging Technology.
(b) Prajwal.S.Singadi of 6thSem Electrical and Electrionics won 3rd Prize in seminar competition for his presentation on LI-FI and WI-FI Charge.
(c) Umm-Ea-Asfia, Meghana.R and Dhananjaya.N of 6thsem Electronics and communication has won 2nd Prize for Project Exhibhition on New generation convenient and Compulsory Voting System.
(d) Rishwanth.K.G
, Syed Jaffer Ahmed and Shivashankar.M of 6th Sem
Electrical and Electronics has won consolation
prize for project exhibition on
Pedal Powered power for Parks.
For all the above events students were
