SPORTS REPORT FOR THE YEAR 2019-2020
During the month of July 2019, sports committee was formed. Sri. Kumar SGL/ME(eve) and Smt. H.C. Kamala SGL/Science Dept. was nominated as sports co-ordinators and Sri. Shreemanth H HOD/EE, Sri B.K.Sathish SGL/EC and Sri.S. Nagaraj SGL/EE Dept. were nominated as Co-coordintors.
In the Month of August 2019 Students election was conducted and Mr. Gopinath of 6thsem E&C and Ms. Pooja of 6thsem E&E Department elected as sports secretaries for boys and girls respectively for the year 2019-20
The Inter-departmental Volley Ball Tournament for boys was held at M.E.I Ground during the month of September 2019. EI&C department are the winners and Mechanical Department are the runners.
The Inter-departmental throw Ball Tournament for girls was held at M.E.I Ground during the month of September 2019. E&E department are the winners and E&C Department are the runners.
Volley ball tournament for evening polytechnic students was conducted on 02.10.2019, 2nd Sem Electrical and Electronics Department are the Winners and 6th Mechanical Engineering Department are the Runners.
cricket tournament for evening polytechnic students was conducted on 02.10.2019, 4thSem Mechanical Engineering Department are the Winners and 4th Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department are the Runners.
The annual Sports Meet for the year 2019-20 was held on 6th January 2020 at Jnana Bharathi Football Ground, Bangalore University Bangalore.
Results of the annual Sports meet of our polytechnic for the year 2019-20 which was held on 06-01-2019 at Foot Ball Ground Jnana Bharathi campus, College of physical education department Bangalore university Bangalore.

20 students of our college were participated in 43rd state level inter-polytechnic sports meet from 01.02.2020 to 03.02.2020 which was held at GPT bagalkot.
Mr. kowshik N S of 6th sem E&E and Mr. Rajath H V of 6th sem ME are champions of state level inter-polytechnic table tennis (doubles) tournament.
Mrkowshik N S of 6th sem E&E secured second place in state level inter-polytechnic table tennis (singles) tournament.
Mr. kowshik N S of 6th sem E&E and Mr. Rajath H V 6th sem ME were participated in “3rd all India south zone inter-polytechnic table tennis (doubles) tournament” from 25.02.2020 to 27.02.2020 which was held at beharasubhakar polytechnic, vishakapatnamandra Pradesh.
Team of our college students participated in cricket tournament conducted by Cambridge institute of technology and Donbosco institute of technology Bengaluru, during the month of February 2020.
Inter department cricket tournament was conducted during the month of March 2020, E and C department are the winners and Mechanical Engineering Department are the Runners.
